Stranded knitting is the technique where you knit with 2 or more colors in the same row/round while carrying unused yarn behind: the floats. Learn how and when to pick up those floats for a smooth result. The Team USA Hat is the ideal project for this class and you'll have plenty of time to finish it before the closing ceremonies.
