Making the Most of Ravelry - I

Instructor - Kristin Brenner

If you love knitting and crocheting, you probably have a Ravelry account and have spent many hours exploring yarn and perusing projects. This class will take you from using Ravelry as a time-waster to using it as a true resource! We will explore the basic features of Ravelry, such as searching for yarn appropriate for a pattern you are itching to make, or searching for a pattern that is just right for your yarn you love. Learn how to compare yarn to help choose the best yarn for your project. We will look at how to use search parameters to narrow down your search results from a few thousand to a few hundred! We will also explore how to keep track of and organize patterns you have purchased, either from Ravelry, or from a brick and mortar shop. Learn how to make Ravelry work for you!

(Please note that you must know how to use your device. Teaching you how to use your tablet or laptop is beyond the parameters of this class.)
