Would you like to learn to knit a little faster and with less stress on your arms, elbows, and shoulders?  Continental knitting is the way that most Europeans knit and is sometimes described as “picking”, rather than “throwing” the yarn as in American or English style knitting.  In this class you will learn to do the knit stitch and two ways of doing the purl stitch.  We will also review increasing and decreasing using this style of knitting.
