Now that you’ve mastered the basics of 2-color brioche, it’s time to learn the increases/decreases that create those beautiful swirling shapes that are the signature of so many brioche designs, and we will do it in-the-round!  In this class we will create a beautiful 2-color brioche hat with swirling designs.

There is HOMEWORK for this class.   This is the first of a two-part class.  The cost includes both sessions.
