The designer describes this as a sideways garter stitch cardigan. Starting at the right sleeve, increases prepare you for the right front and back.   A-line shaping is achieved by German Short Rows.  You will separate the front and back and work a button hole band.  Back shaping continues and the other side is worked with symmetrical shaping.   Mattress stitch and 3 needle bind-off are used to join together.   Then, add the collar!   Changing needle sizes creates the shaping.   Check the pattern notes and let’s start!
